The first rocket to be built in the club was the METER-0 (formerly METER-01). This was to be launched in August 2023 at the Manching Air Show. However, it quickly turned out that the design was more complex than expected – coupled with staff shortages and a missing launch rail, we decided not to complete this rocket. Nevertheless, we learned a lot in terms of project management and construction. So despite the lack of a launch, this rocket was a big step forward.
